  1. RRB आपको SMS/email से notify करेगा — लेकिन download हमेशा RRB की वेबसाइट या given portal से ही करें।

“मैं __________ (आपका नाम) पुत्र/पुत्री __________ (पिता/पति का नाम) निवास __________ (पता) शपथपूर्वक घोषणा करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे आवेदन पत्र में दिया गया नाम __________ और मेरे शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्र में दिया गया नाम __________ दोनों एक ही व्यक्ति के नाम हैं।”

English (short):
“I, __________ son/daughter of __________ residing at __________, do hereby solemnly declare that the name mentioned in my application and the name mentioned in my educational/identity documents belong to the same person.”

नोट: affidavit magistrate या notary पर बनवाएँ और required stamp paper पर रखें। RRB की नोटिस में कहा गया है कि ऐसे cases में affidavit लाना होगा।

6) DV day — क्या होता है, क्या expect करें (in detail)

DV day पर आप निम्न चीज़ें expect कर सकते हैं:

  1. Verification counters: अलग-अलग counters होते हैं — पहले दस्तावेज़ जमा/एंट्री, फिर अलग counter पर originals show और photocopies collect.

  2. Interview-style questions नहीं होते (usually) — DV मे basic cross-checks होते हैं जैसे DOB, education, category.

  3. Police verification / background check का short note लिया जा सकता है।

  4. Document mismatch मिलते हैं तो RRB provisional candidature hold कर सकता है।
